While Unsigned The Band Was Designated As The 1st Unsigned Act And 1st EP On Virgin-Megastore’s Virgin Recommends Series Spin.Com Underground Band-Of-The-Year And Named Karma Productions’ Band To Tour Ireland. Without Agency The Band Was Invited To Tour The U.K. With The All-American Rejects And Then Invited To Tour The U.S. As The Sole Support On Third Eye Blind’s 10-Year Anniversary Tour. Recently The Band Was Signed To Tyson Ritter Of All-American Rejects’ Label Edmond Records. Their First Record An American Stranger Is Due For Release August 25th 2009. The Upwelling A Band Of Brothers Ari Vocals/Guitar And Josh Ingber Drums/Harmony Will Be Touring Through The Summer And Fall. In Other Upwelling News Ari Co-Wrote A Song About To Break With Third Eye Blind’s Stephan Jenkins Which Is Slated To Be A Single On Third Eye Blind’s First Full Release In 6 Years Due Out August 18th 2009. read less
