RaineaR Is An Alternative Rock Band From Athens Greece.The Band Started Playing Together In 2005 And Consists Of 4 Members Nick Vocals/guitar George Guitar Nick Drums And Paul Bass .Their Sound Combines Alternative Rock N Roll Punk Nu Metal Blues Stoner And Post Rock Elements.The First Live Shows And Demo Recordings Came In 2006 And Since Then RainteaR Have Shared The Stage With Many Big And Small Local And International Names At Some Of Athens Most Famous Venues.In The Spring Of 2007 They Win An Unsigned Bands Contest That Went With Some Media Exposure Airplay And A Record Deal That Never Happened.In The Summer Of 2008 RainteaR Win Another Contest And A Slot At The Area 4 Festival In Germany Performing Alongside Bands Like The Hives Biffy Clyro Less Than Jake Serj Tankian Bad Religion And Many Others.On The 22nd Of August 2008 RainteaR Self Release Their Debut EP Through Their Official Website.RainteaR Played The Biggest Festival In Greece Rockwave Festival At The Summer Of 2009 With Placebo Headlining The Bill.In 2010 RainteaR Signed To EMI And Recorded Their Debut Full Length Album Set To Be Released In December Of 2010.
