In 1998 London-Based Alternative Rock Trio Placebo Were Approached By Rock Legend David Bowie Who Asked If He Could Duet With Them In A Version Of Their Song "Without You I'm Nothing" From Their Spectacular 2nd Album Of The Same Name. A Period Of Creative Fruitfulness Followed With The Band Playing Several Gigs With Bowie Including His 50th Birthday Party In Madison Square Gardens And The Brit Awards.
