Nickel Is A Band From Los Angeles California That Started Off As A 3-Piece Group Featuring Tom McDermott Guitar/vocals Robert Schmidt Bass/vocals And Fabrizio Munoz Drums . Mike McLaughlin Would Later Take Over On Drums For The Next Stage Of The Band's Life. During This Period The Band's Full-Length Album "Stupid Thing" Was Recorded. Tom Hite Layed Down Some Keyboard Tracks Then Joined The Band Shortly Thereafter. Thanks To The Efforts And Funding Of Screenwriter And Director Grant Wheeler Along With The Help Of Many Others A Video Of The Song "Stupid Thing" Was Produced.
