Artist Biography For My Majestic Mind

My Majestic Mind Formed In Early 2000 Around Albuquerque New Mexico’s “East Mountains” By Guitarist Ty Knight Drummer Peter Scott And Vocalist Zac Glazebrook Under The Name Students Of Society. The Band Soon Picked Up Exceptional Drummer And Friend James Woodhouse Discovering Their Nearly Final Form With Vocals Being Performed By Peter And Bass By Zac. With The Addition Of Vocalists Jessica Cunningham And Deette Woltz My Majestic Mind Finally Settled On Their Current Line-Up In Early 2008. They Believe Their Diversity Is Their Greatest Strength Allowing Them To Draw From Many Different Influential Sources In Order To Create The Driving Yet Melodic Sound They Are Recognized For Today. Composing And Performing Original Content Rather Than Cover Songs The Band Developed A Unique Sound Early On And Have Continued To Evolve It Throughout The Past Decade. While They Don’t Claim Any One Particular Genre They Do Draw From Many Rock And Metal Influences As Well As Country Hip-Hop And R&B. They Tour In And Around The New Mexico Area Delivering Their Unique Brand Of Music To All Who Will Listen And Leaving Behind Them A Wake Of Sonic Satisfaction.
