Erotic Exotic Is A 5 Piece Freestyle Band From Miami FL. The Original Members Included Eric Thompson Lead Vocals Al Perez Keyboards And Bk Vocals Gus Caveda Keyboards Guitar Bass Bk Vocals Mario Gil Guitar Bk Vocals And John Aguillo Drums Percussion And Bk Vocals . The Band Recorded And Produced Their First Single “Take Me As I Am” In 1986 And It Was Released Locally In South Florida By JoeyBoy Records. It Quickly Got Heavy Radio Play And Was Picked Up By Atlantic Records Together With The Follow-Up Single “L.O.V.E”. The Original Line Up Performed Throughout The Eastern U.S. And Parts Of Texas Up Until 1988 When Drummer Eddie De La Cruz Joined The Band. The Group Then Continue To Do Concerts In Chile Puerto Rico And Venezuela And Released Several Other Singles Including “I Can Give You What You Need” And “If My Love Doesn’t Suit Ya”. In 1991 Lead Singer Eric Thompson Passed Away From Heart Disease And The Group Dis-Banded Until In 2004 When The Remaining Original Line Up Was Asked To Perform A Reunion Show With Singer Rudy Gil From “Secret Society”. Since Then The Band Has Been Performing Several Reunion Shows Each Year As A Tribute To Their Fans And Late Singer.
