Artist Biography For Temporary Lull
TemporaryLull Aka TheLull Or TL Is An Experimental Act That Originated In Crown Heights Brooklyn. TL Came To Fruition In The Late Winter / Early Spring Of 2004 As A Form Of Noise Therapy For Bee Creating Improvisational Soundscapes On His Tascam 4 Track. Bee Then Started A Makeshift Record Label To Harbor These Pieces Of Sound That Would Later Become Muzzled Recordings. Shortly After Meeting And Convincing A Young Artist Vee To Play The Keyboard On Some Of His Tracks TemporaryLull's First Album "volume 1 Music For A Failing Ecosystem" Was Released. She Also Agreed To Contribute The Artwork For The Album. The Two Of Them Would Record Two More Tracks Together Which Would Later End Up On Their Second Release "volume 2 Music For The Fight Song Charades." This Album Seemed To Have More Of A "dirty Synth" Vibe Than The Last But Still Held True To TheLull Sound. After A Move To Bay Ridge And A Bit Of A Hiatus TL Released Their Third And Final Album In The Volumes Trilogy "volume 3 Music For The New Weird America." Bee Has Been Quoted As Saying He Got "away From The Puzzle Pieces" And More Into A "dirty Dance Synth" Phase. He Hopes It Is "out Of His System." This Album Was Completely Performed By Bee. The Current Configuration Of TL Is Bee.
There Is One Track In The TL Catalogue That Is Unavailable Entitled "sad To See You Go". It Exists On A Mixed Tape That Vee Owns.
Hyrax Has Also Released An Album On Muzzled Recordings Entitled "mortigi Tempo."
