South Maxico Consists Of The Four Freelance-Musicians Max Schultz Erik Söderlind Fredrik Jonsson & Robert Ikiz. The Group Was Formed In The Fall Of 2004 At A Time When The Musicians Were Involved In Several Other Projects - Ranging From Combo-Jazz & Symphony Orchestras To Pop & Studio-Recordings. Original Songs Were Rehearsed And From The Very Beginning You Could Notice The Broad Sound Of South Maxico. They Are Influenced By A Variety Of Genres With Jazz-Music As Their Basic Platform. The Original Sound With Two Guitars Is Charactaristic For The Group But Also The Strong Melodies Some Of Them Written Back In The 80´s By Max Schultz But The´ve Not Been Recorded Until Now.
