But even As A Police Officer Ruby Never Gave Up Her Dream Of Becoming A Singer. In 1995 Ruby Was Chosen To Sing The National Anthem At The White House For President Bill Clinton Representing Police Officers Killed In The Line Of Duty From all Over The Country. In 2000 Ruby Released Her First CD Entitled “Sunshine.” Billboard Magazine Compared Her To Roberta Flack Selling More Than 5000 copies On Her Label Senga Music. Ruby Has Appeared On The “Rosie O’Donnell Show” Oprah Winfrey’s Channel Oxygen Media CNN And many Other Television Networks. Ruby Is A Singer/songwriter And Self taught Musician Who Plays Piano Guitar Drums Bass And Violin. In 2004 Ruby Decided To Follow Her Dreams Resigning From The Police Department And released An Acoustic Christmas CD In 2005.
