Without A Synthesizer Or Melodica In Sight Or Within Earshot This Band's Live Show Is Pure Balls Out Rock 'n' Roll Beautifully Balanced With A Few Softer Ballads. Fiercely Independant And Fiery Pony Girl Threw Caution To The Wind In Early 2009 And Took The Outsiders To The United States Where They Played Shows In Los Angeles Chicago And New York All Of Which Were Well Received By Their American Audiences With Comments Made That Compared The Band To Early Blondie And The Pretenders. 2011 Is Set To Be A Big Year For Pony Girl & The Outsiders With The Official Launch Of Their Debut Album Rebel Rebel In February. Mixed And Mastered By The Legendary Rock Producer Lindsay Gravina At Birdland Studios The Ten Songs Contained On The Album Provides A Good Representation Of This Band And Their Sound With Elements Of Punk Classic And Alternative Rock As Well As Showcasing Pony Girl's Powerful And Versatile Vocals. Now With The Current Line Up The Band Is Sounding Tight And Screaming To Unleash Their Music Upon All. The Omission Of The Synthesizer And Melodica Was A Genius Move By This Band Whose Music Will No Doubt Be A Part Of The Next Wave Of Blood Sweat And Beers Style Of Rock 'n' Roll That Is Long Long Overdue.
