Artist Biography For Martin Herzberg

Martin Herzberg * 28 May 1981 In Berlin Is A German Music Producer Composer And Musicologist. Herzberg Grew Up In Berlin-Neukölln. From 2001 To 2007 He Studied Musicology At The Humboldt University In His Hometown. In 2003 He Founded The Cloudbreak Records Label. Since 2005 He Has Also Been Involved In The Production Of External Acts And Has So Far Supported The Artists Maliq Royal Golden Sound And Audio Arcade In Their Productions. At The Age Of 23 In 2003 He Published His First Solo Debut Album Silent Mirror Inside Which Was Stylistically Strongly Shaped By George Winston Tori Amos Moby And Numerous New Age And Ambient Artists. With No Fear Required The Successor To The First Album Followed In August 2008. In Contrast To The Previous LP The Sound Spectrum Was Expanded By Vocals Enriched With Vocals. From 2008 To 2012 He Mainly Devoted Himself To His Dissertation In Musicology. The Core Aspect Of The Work Was To Check The Design Of An Economy Of Attention Developed By Georg Franck Using The Example Of The Music Industry. The Research Project Was Financed By The FAZIT Foundation And Looked After By Peter Wicke. The Studio Album Lifelines Of Music Was Released In 2014. Inspired By Artists Such As Ludovico Einaudi And Yann Tiersen It Is Purely Instrumental With Piano And Strings And Combines Influences From Film Music And Pop. He Followed Up This Album With A Double Album In 2017 Called Liebe & Tasten. His Fifth Album Stars Was Released In May 2020 And On February 17 2023 His Sixth And Latest Album Entitled Trees Was Published. Martin Says That He Himself Is Moving In A New Direction And Instead Of A Record Company Just Has His Piano A Bunch Of Good Friends And The Internet.
