Soon After Zimmerman Co-Founded The Crow River Band. Co-Produced By Randy Casey Who Also Contributed Lead Guitar Tracks And Released In January 2003 The Crow River Band’s Self-Titled Album Contained A Mix Of Late-60’s Europop Country Alt-Country And Blues-Rock All Tied Together With Zimmerman’s Facile Wit Intelligent Rambling And Heart-On-Your-Sleeve Realism. In The Summer Of 2003 The Band Fell Apart. Continuing To Play Shows As A Duo With Drummer Andy Hertel Zimmerman Wrote The Songs That Would Become Twilight Waltz. With Hertel Zimmerman Returned To The Studio In October 2003 Again Co-Producing With Randy Casey. Filling Out His Studio Band Were Minneapolis Pros Steve Price On Bass And Peter J. Sands Of The Honeydogs On Keys.
