Artist Biography For Jake Stainback

Jake Stainback Was Born In February Of 1992 In The Town Of Winston-Salem North Carolina. At A Young Age He Began Dance Training At The North Carolina School Of The Arts Studying Under Dayna Fox A Former Dancer Of North Carolina Dance Theater. Growing Up He Studied Both Ballet And Contemporary Styles From Teachers Nina Danilova Kee Juan Han Brenda Daniels Dianne Markham Sean Sullivan And Trish Casey. He Has Also Worked With Some Of The Most Esteemed Choreographers Including Alonzo King And Larry Keigwin. Jake Graduated From The High School Program In May Of 2010. Jake's Musical Experience Started In About 6th Grade When He Taught Himself Piano And Composition Beginning With Playing With Layering And Mixing Loops And Sound Effects To Eventually Writing Full On Melodies And Songs With Full Arrangements. Later On In 9th Grade He And His Best Friends Decided To Form A Band Called NUHB. Their Talent Laid In Production Songwriting And And DJing So They Decided To Make The Group's Sound Electronica Based. They Released Their First Club-Driven Album Entitled "The Warehouse" In Mid 2008 Unfortunately With No Success. They Disbanded Later In 2009. Jake's Love For Music Did Not Stop There. He Continued To Compose And Write Songs Particularly For Himself And His Colleagues At School. He Composed A Classically-Based Piece Of Music For A Piece He Himself Choreographed Entitled "Skipping Science Class".
