She Was A Finalist Of The BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Award 2011 As Part Of Duo David Gibb & Elly Lucas Whose Debut Album "Old Chairs To Mend" Was Released To Widespread Acclaim In March 2012. Elly Also Spent Several Years Playing The Fiddle For Touring Band David Gibb & The Pony Club Playing Festivals From Beautiful Days To Glastonbury. Other Projects Include Mills & Chimneys /Mills And Chimneys A Collective Of Derbyshire Musicians Including Fellow Derby Songstress Lucy Ward Commissioned To Write New Songs For The Area And The Ivy Frame Elly's Solo Project.
