DeeExpus Is The Solo Project Of Andy Ditchfield A Song Writer And Musician Based In County Durham England And Has Been Around In One Form Or Another For A Number Of Years. The Current Lineup Of The Band Band Is Andy Ditchfield Guitar Keyboards And Vocals Tony Wright Vocals John Dawson Bass Guitar Mark Kelly Keyboards And Henry Rogers Drums . The Band Have Just Released Their Second Album King Of Number 33 Through Racket Records. The Title Track Is An Epic Tale Based On The True Story Of A Local Folklore Figure From Tony’s Formative Years. The Final Track On The New Album Memo Features Guest Vocals From Nik Kershaw. The Band Released Their Debut Album Half Way Home In May 2008 To Worldwide Critical Acclaim . The Album Is Essentially Progressive Guitar-Rock Liberally Sprinkled With Finely Crafted Pop Undertones. Their Sound Is Not Dissimilar To That Of Porcupine Tree And Indeed One Of The Tracks On The Album PTtee Is A Tribute To The Band - Written After Andy Saw A Porcupine Tree Gig Which Blew Him Away.
