COR STIDAK Is A NY Born Mc/producer Living In VA. He Has Been Making Music That Has Slowly Been Gaining Attention From Backpackers Purists And Partygoers Alike. He Released Three Projects And Was Featured On A Few Others In 2011. The Seminal "Treatises Of A Pendulum Slave" Was A Gem Of A Project That Introduced More Ears To His Heavy Raps And Crafted Beats. STIDAK Quickly Followed Up With An Instrumental EP "Hungry Thief " Which Was Well Received By The Few Who Stumbled Upon It. It Featured Dark Melodies And Acid Jazz Riffs Over Big Burly Basslines And Bouncy Beats. And The Last Part Of The Trinity Was The Amazing Collaborations Album "Past The Sun And Moon." The List Of Producers Who Worked With STIDAK On This Album Is Stunning In Its Potential For Frequent Flyer Miles Rewards. Beatmakers Hailed From All Parts Of The Globe. From Tokyo Paris UK To California And Parts Between. All 3 Albums Were Released On Bandcamp And At Least 2 Are Free. He Was In A Regional Hip Hop Group In The 90's From VA Called Verbal Threat First Signed To NY Indie Label Idlers Then Self-Released An EP In '97 "The Essence" And Performed Many Shows In The Mid Atlantic Until They Disbanded In 2000. Stidak Says He Honed His Delivery And Presence During Those Years As VT Became A Full Band And Was One Of The Early Rap Groups Along With The Roots Playing Regularly With A Live Band. In 2012 Stidak Released Two Albums "The Single Malt EP" With L.A. Producer RenRok Billing Themselves As The Foundry And Also A Beat Album "Higher Branches." He Also Appeared On A Compilation For Outlier Recordings With The Song "Bubblin'" Produced By Impossible Nothing And On Another For Pragmatic Theory Rhyming On A Beat By Byrdversion1 From Philadelphia As Well As Features For Collective Resonance Ugly Boy Music And VIAS. 2013 Saw The Stellar Release Of The Long Awaited Collaboration With Paris France Beatsmith Keor Meteor. The Album "Widespread Irregularity " Was Released In March By Pragmatic Theory And Featured Meteor's Jazzy Stylized Production Forming A Pristine Backdrop And Accompaniment To Stidak's Sharp Tongue And Wavy Flow. The Digital Release Was Well Received And Critically Well Liked As Being "musically Sound" And "intelligent" And Is Still Among The Most Downloaded Albums On The Pragmatic Theory Site.
