Artist Biography For Big White Clouds
Big White Clouds Is The Music Project Of Joe Solof A Singer-Songwriter And Guitarist From North Andover MA. The Band Began In 2008 When Solof Having Previously Recorded Under The Name The Good Ship Lollipop Presented Longtime Collaborator Mike Moschetto With A More Ethereal Amplified Direction For His Simple Catchy Indie-Folk Tunes. The Duo Produced A Handful Of Demos Before Becoming More Involved With Their Then-New Band Ferris Wheel. Two Years Later When They Had Graduated From College And Ferris Wheel Had Long Since Dissolved Solof Approached Moschetto With A Newfound Interest In Big White Clouds Aiming To Record A Proper Full-Length Album At Moschetto's New Studio The Office. In December 2010 'Small White Clouds' Was Self-Released On 12" LP And For Download At Http //bigwhiteclouds.Bandcamp.Com. To Promote The Album Big White Clouds Began Performing Live With Solof On Vocals & Guitar Moschetto On Drums Guitar & Vocals Former Ferris Wheel Bandmate Mike Wolfenden On Bass & Vocals And Album Contributor Amory Sivertson On Keys & Vocals.
