Formed In Sydney New South Wales Australia In 2011 The Band Consists Of Luke Hemmings lead Vocals Guitar Michael Clifford guitar Vocals Calum Hood bass Guitar Vocals And Ashton Irwin drums Vocals . The Group Were Originally YouTube Celebrities Posting Videos Of Themselves Covering Songs From Various Artists In 2011. From There They Gained A Small Following And Rose To International Fame When One Direction Invited Them On Their Take Me Home Tour In 2013. In February 2014 They Released "She Looks So Perfect" As Their Debut Worldwide Single. It Topped The Charts In Australia New Zealand Ireland And The United Kingdom. The Song Slightly Drifts From Their Pop-Punk Origins Into A More Pop/electronic Sound As It Swaps Out Distorted Guitar Sounds And Breaking Drums For Catchier Cleaner Melodies. Teasing Began On February 16th 2018 When The Band Tweeted A Black And White Video Clip With The Word “BACK ” And Their Website Was Blacked Out. This Track Marks The Band’s Return To Music Dropping Two Years After Their Last Album Sounds Good Feels Good.
