L'luvia Formed In 1994. After Touring Throughout Most Of 1995 The Group Finally Released Their First Demo "Shitsu Rakuen 失楽園 " In April Of 1996. One Month Later L'luvia Appeared On The "Emergency Express 1996" Omnibus. Their Impressive Sales Caught The Attention Of A Few Major Labels And In The Summer Of 1996 L'luvia Signed To Vap. In December Of 1996 The Group Released Their First Mini-Album "Blanc Neige" Which Was An Underground Smash But Failed To Break The Oricon Charts. Because Of Its Disappointing Sales L'luvia Left Vap And In July Of 1997 L'luvia Released Their First Single "Yozora Ni Kagayaku Hoshi Wo Atsumete 夜空に輝く星を集めて ". Selling Ridiculously Well Among The Indies Scene L'luvia Later Released Their Second Single "Sleeping Princess ~Nemureru Mori No Kimi~ 眠れる森の君 " That October. Just One Month Later L'luvia Released Their First Full Length Album "Feliz" Which Sold Quite Well For The Young Indies Band. By Early 1998 L'luvia Solidified Themselves One Of The Hugest Followings In The Late 90's Indies Visual Scene And The Group Released Two More Independently-Released Singles In 1998 "So Far Away" And "SuperSmile". The Group Also Released Their Second Mini-Album "Love & Pop" That July As Well. In October Of 1998 L'luvia Signed To Mercury Music Entertainment And That November Released Their Fifth Single "Suki Suki My Girl スキスキマイガール ". Used As An Ending Theme To The Legendary Anime Series Crayon Shin-Chan クレヨンしんちゃん It Became L'luvia's First Single To Enter The Oricon Charts As It Reached Number 40. In February Of 1999 L'luvia Released Their Sixth Single "Love Train" Which Became Their Best-Selling Release To Date As It Reached Number 31 On The Oricon Charts. In June Of 1999 L'luvia Re-Relaeased Their "So Far Away" Single Which Marked The End Of Their Mainstream Potential As It Only Reached Number 60 On The Oricon Charts. The Group Also Released Their Second Full Length Album "L'luviaalbum" Which Only Reached Number 55. In December Of 1999 L'luvia Released Their Seventh Single "Ai No Houritsu 愛の法律 " Which Became Their Lowest-Selling Release As It Only Reached Number 90. In The Summer Of 2000 L'luvia Decided To Officially Disband. Frontman Kaoru And Drummer Nao Went On To Form The Cult Visual Band Suzzy & Caroline Which Also Split By 2005. Nao Went On To Join The Indies Band Bye2regret While Kaoru Joined The Mysterious Band Maakujo Rengou 魔悪助連合 With Former L'luvia Bassist Masuke マースケ . Both Bands Disappeared By 2010 And Kaoru Then Retired From The Visual Scene. Masuke Joined One Last Indies Band Eis Which Is Still Active Today. Nao Also Formed One Last Visual Band The Obscure Group Marquee Moon. With Marquee Moon Nao Reunited With Former L'luvia Guitarist Takanori Who Previously Retired From The Visual Scene After L'luvia's Split In 2000. However Marquee Moon Disappeared By 2013 And Both Nao And Takanori Then Presumably Retired From The Visual Scene.
