Artist Biography For Helen Terry

Helen Terry Sang In Boy George's Band Culture Club From 1982 To 1984. She Provided Background Vocals On Many Of Culture Club's Hits Including Karma Chameleon Do You Really Want To Hurt Me And Church Of The Poison Mind. She Left The Band In 1984. That Same Year She Released Her First Solo Single Love Lies Lost And Collaborated With Producer Giorgio Moroder On The Song Now You're Mine From The Movie "Electric Dreams." 1986 Saw The Release Of Helen's Only Solo Album Blue Notes Produced By Don Was. She Also Continued Working As A Background Vocalist For Was Not Was Boy George And Phil Collins. In 1989 She Released Her Final Singles Lessons In Loneliness And Fortunate Fool. Shortly Thereafter Helen Left The Music Business And She Now Works In TV Production.
